you might want to think of your application as a sort of permanent record. basically, once it's moved here you can't edit anything on it. it's rather helpful to those who want to know about your character. keep in mind, they are sorted by gender.

sometimes plotting just isn't enough. sometimes you need a brother, sister, mother, father, boyfriend, babymama, or some other significant relation. you can request those here. we ask that you only request the necessities, because quite frankly, we get annoyed to see a zillion people requesting finals. that's what the plotting pages are for. use requests to help aid your plots, not to make them.

when it comes right down to it, who doesn't have a cell phone? it's pretty much a necessity nowadays. it's a fast way to communicate and sometimes it's much easier than talking in person.

the days of letters and e-mails are gone. instant messaging is so much faster and more efficient. whether it's aim, msn or yim it's a great way to converse or even to meet new people.

there are various dining halls across campus that each have different items. most are open until eleven pm, but there is at least one that is open twenty-four hours a day for all food needs.

well it wouldn't be school without classes now would it? classrooms are grouped into designated buildings based on what the subject is. classrooms are generally easy to find and class sizes are normally quite small.

the clairmont school has just about every sports team imaginable. from football to swimming to rugby to equestrian sports. with that many sports, there's obviously a number of fields. sometimes these fields are shared with the university, but generally they are exclusive to the school.

although the library is not nearly as big as the university's library, it still has a very large selection of books. most students come here to study. beware though, the librarians are crazy.

the pool is olympic-sized and provides lanes for those who wish to swim laps and an open area for those just there to swim. there's a shallow section and deep end with a diving board as well as a hot tub and a sauna. the pool is only open during office hours.

the university dining halls don't just have school food. they also include a few chain restaurants within them. most are open twenty-four hours a day and students often use it as a study area as well.

unlike the smaller classes of the secondary school, the university lecture halls are made for large numbers of students. class sizes are much larger, though most students rarely attend.

the recreation center is open to students of both the university and the secondary school, but it is mainly utilized by the university students. it is also one of the places that is part of the work study program.

the university library is very large in size. there is one of about every book you could think of, plus multiple copies of the more popular books. this library is more study friendly and even has it's own cafe.

regent's park is one of the royal parks of london. not only is it home to the london zoo, but it also provides many trails, benches and sports fields for all your recreational needs.

paradox is the local nightclub owned and run by harlow golightly. it's one of the most popular nightlife locations and often features live entertainment. the club itself has a modern feel with a bit of a vintage twist, hence the name paradox.

high tea is a local cafe. not only do they serve tea, but they also have coffee and amazing pastries. on occasion they spotlight local art and musicians.

the market, like it's name entails, is a market. it's actually a rather large market with just about everything you could possibly need. it's open twenty-four hours a day.

the london eye, or millennium wheel is a ferris wheel that sits next to the river thames. it's a very popular tourist attraction, but it's a great experience provided that you can deal with the line.

the tube, london's underground railway, much like the american subway system, is probably the fastest and most effective form of transportation around london.

world's end is a local pub which is attached to the underworld, a popular music venue. whether you're just there for a drink, or there to see a performance, you're sure to enjoy yourself.

hyde park is like the central park of london. it covers 350 acres and is linked to kensington gardens. it's a great place for walking, hiking, biking or even horsebackriding.

allure is another nightclub, but it's quite a bit more sophisticated. while it still has dj and on occasion live music, the clientele is usually the more upperclass.

sprinkles is the local cookie and cupcake parlour. while the specialize in cookies and cupcakes they also sell many other pastries and treats.

the savoy hotel is located in central london. it has recently undergone a £220 million refurbishment. the hotel is famous for it's high tea, and now has a restuarant managed by gordon ramsey.

in a city that has been around for hundreds of years, there's sure to be a lot of historical landmarks. there's a museum for just about everything you could think of.

london is a large city and has every type of restaurant you can think of. five star, cafe, takeout, fast food. it's all here.

london has always been known for good shopping. everything from couture to the famous harrod's, there's something to fit your consumer needs.

there's a large lake on the route from the city to the school grounds. it's a public lake and there's often a few lifeguards on patrol.

there's quite a few trails throughout the countryside. while many are through the meadows, there are a few wooded areas. it's a good place to go for a walk and think.

being out in the countryside, there's quite a bit of ancient ruins. some of them are old medieval castles, but most are in so bad of shape that you can't really tell what it originally was.

without advertisements, no one would know about the site. we don't descriminate, so we accept both proboards and invisionfree advertisements. please post in the appropriate sub-board and only do it once. we don't exactly have rules, but please use common sense.
